Day 1 

Begin your journey with the glass-bottom Xiao Wulai Skywalk, then stop at Hsinchu’s old street and temple. Watch the sunset at Gaomei Wetlands and wrap up with street food at Taichung’s Fengjia Night Market.

Day 2

Start with Miyahara and the colorful Rainbow Village. Then head to Sun Moon Lake and visit scenic spots like Xiangshan Visitor Center, Ita Thao Pier, Xuanguang Temple, and Shuishe Dam.

Day 3

  • Hotel accommodation, meals, admission tickets, guided tour service, overtime charges, optional activity expenses 

- Overtime Costs -

  • Vehicle usage: 10 hours/day. Overtime fee: +NTD 500/hour If the overtime exceeds 15 minutes, it will be rounded up to the next 30 minutes. If it exceeds 45 minutes, it will be charged as a full hour.
  • Example:

09:00 ~ 19:00 → Free

09:00 ~ 19:20 → 0.5 hour charge

09:00 ~ 19:50 → 1 hour charge

※ Traffic jams, crowds and other uncontrollable factors will also be handled according to this charging standard. Please make sure to evaluate before booking. 

 

Cancellation Policies

  • Full refund for cancellations made more than 14 days before departure.
  • If canceled 2 to 14 days before departure, a 30% cancellation fee of the total tour cost will be charged.
  • If canceled 1 day before departure, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged.
  • No refund will be provided for cancellations made on the day of departure.
  • In case of force majeure (e.g. typhoon, earthquake, severe sea or road conditions, government-imposed travel bans, lockdowns due to epidemics, or mountain closures), a 95% refund will be issued after deducting necessary administrative and regulatory fees (5% of the total tour cost).

About Departure and Postponement

In the event of natural disasters (such as earthquakes, typhoons, or heavy rain), road closures, or other unexpected events affecting travel safety before departure, our company reserves the right to determine whether the trip will proceed as scheduled. We will coordinate with guests to postpone or handle refunds according to the cancellation policy.

In-Vehicle Rules

To maintain quality and cleanliness in the vehicle, the following behaviors are strictly prohibited: eating and drinking, smoking, applying sunscreen, taking off shoes, kicking the seatback, spitting out of the window, or littering. If you feel unwell, please inform the driver and request a vomit bag. Any damage to or soiling of the vehicle’s interior equipment must be compensated for in cash on-site at replacement cost.

Weather Impact Statement

If weather conditions result in certain attractions not being at their ideal viewing condition, this cannot be used as a reason for cancellation or refund. Thank you for your understanding.

Flexible Itinerary Adjustments

If delays, changes in attractions, or route adjustments occur due to traffic, weather, or other force majeure factors, the itinerary will be adjusted flexibly as needed. The company does not bear liability for any related compensation, and we appreciate your cooperation and understanding.

Please take good care of your cash and valuables. Our company cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage during the trip.


FAQ

Q1: Is this itinerary too rushed or physically demanding? 

Although it covers mountains and coastlines, the daily pace is moderate with 3–5 stops. Some areas like Taroko and Hehuanshan involve light walking or slopes, so comfortable shoes are recommended. 

Q2: Can we adjust start times or how long we stay at each stop? 

Yes. This is a private charter and can be adjusted based on your preferences. Just let us know in advance. 

Q3: Are accommodations or meals included? 

No. This tour includes car service only. However, we’ll provide hotel area suggestions and local food tips to help you plan. 

Q4: Can we include a sunrise view in the trip? 

Yes. A Hehuanshan sunrise is possible with an early departure. Let us know when booking and we’ll adjust the route. 

Q5: Do you offer English-speaking drivers? 

Yes. Both Mandarin and English-speaking drivers are available. Please specify your preference when booking. 

Q6: Will we share the car with other travelers? 

No. This is a fully private tour with no shared vehicles or group join-ins. The car and driver are for your group only.
