  • Stop by seasonal flower fields before ending with sunset views in Tamsui or returning from Yangmingshan.

Beitou Hot Springs

One of Taiwan’s most famous hot spring areas, known for its milky-white sulfuric spring water. Facilities include public bathhouses, private hot spring hotels, and free foot soak areas — ideal for relaxation.

Thermal Valley (Beitou)

Located near Beitou Hot Spring, this steaming hot spring crater reaches over 100°C. Its foggy atmosphere and sulfur scent make it a striking example of geothermal activity.

Yangmingshan National Park

Taiwan’s first urban national park, known for its volcanic terrain, hot springs, grasslands, and rich biodiversity. Each season brings different beauty — cherry blossoms in spring, lush greens in summer, misty trails in autumn and winter.

Xiaoyoukeng

A geothermal site with active fumaroles, sulfur crystals, and hot steam vents. Wooden boardwalks and viewing platforms offer a close look at Taiwan’s volcanic forces — a must-see in Yangmingshan.

Lengshuikeng

A quiet hot spring area within Yangmingshan with both warm and cool spring pools. Surrounded by steamy trails and wild landscapes, it’s a peaceful escape for nature walkers.

Qingtiangang Grassland

A highland plateau with open grassy fields, formerly a cattle grazing area. The vast meadows and panoramic views of Taipei and the sea make it a favorite for hikers and photographers.

Zhuzihu (Calla Lily & Hydrangea Season)

Famous for its white calla lilies in spring (March–May) and vibrant hydrangeas in early summer (May–June). The terraced flower fields on misty hillsides are popular for romantic strolls and photography.

Tamsui Old Street

A historical riverside street filled with Taiwanese snacks like A-gei (stuffed tofu), fish crackers, and sour plum drinks. Red-brick buildings and vintage shops offer a nostalgic atmosphere.

Tamsui Fisherman’s Wharf

A scenic waterfront area famous for its “Lover’s Bridge” and stunning sunsets. The harbor features cafes, walking paths, and romantic night views — perfect for couples and photographers.

National Palace Museum

Home to over 700,000 Chinese imperial artifacts, including treasures like the Jadeite Cabbage, Meat-Shaped Stone, and ancient bronze vessels. It’s one of the world’s premier museums of Chinese art and culture.
